Please read our terms and conditions before placing an order. By completing an order you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Please contact us with any queries you may have concerning these terms before placing your order. The price and availability of goods on our website is subject to change without notice. A delivery charge is added to your order value as appropriate. Please see delivery charges and options. We currently only deliver in the U.K.
Full payment must be received before despatch of your order can be made. Payment will be
collected by Paypal but please ring if you would like to make payment by another method.
Supply
Great care has been taken to ensure descriptions, dimensions and colours are specified as accurately as possible. An exact colour likeness is not always possible due to photographic reproduction and browser software. Please ask for colour samples where appropriate or visit our boutique at 4 Babeny Walk in Poundbury to view our products. Variations may occur periodically, as is the nature of our hand made and bespoke products. We reserve the right to offer alternatives, where necessary.
How to Order
You can order online or ring us during our shop hours with your requirements. Please note our "lead times" for some items before placing your order. Our special order items have a set delivery time and we will advise a date at time of order. You can always ring to enquire as we are keen to help with urgent orders.
Delivery Methods and Charges
Your order will be despatched from us the same or next day. We must receive the order by midday (12.00 am) to be able to process that day. If an item is currently out of stock or is a "special leadtime item" we will notifiy you of a due date. Please allow 3 days in busy periods.
Packages will be despatched using Royal Mail and sent with a Delivery Note.
Our standard Delivery Charge is £5.50.
If we consider your total order to be heavy or likely to be in excess of the standard charge, we will contact you to advise of the extra postage payable.
Please allow 5 working days for delivery. Royal Mail do not consider parcels late or lost until after 15 working days from posting.
We currently only deliver in the U.K.
How to Pay
Online transactions will be handled securely by our Paypal system.
If you would rather speak to someone when paying by credit or debit card please ring us in shop hours and we will happily accept Visa, Delta, Maestro, Solo, Mastercard and American Express. You may also send your order with a cheque, however, please allow an extra 3 days for your order to be despatched. Please make cheques payable to: N.K.W Weddings.
All payments must be in pounds sterling. (GBP)
Your Right to Cancel
You may cancel your order up to the time of despatch, which is the same day or next day.
If your payment has been taken, this will be refunded in full within 30 days.
Our Returns Policy
We hope that you will be completely delighted with your purchases. If, however, you wish to make a return, you may do so within 7 days of receipt. We will offer an exchange of goods, or a refund at our discretion, providing the goods are returned unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging.
Making Returns
We ask that you inform us of your intent to return a product. Goods are returned at your own cost, in the as received condition and original packaging. Please note that the delivery charge on the original order is non-refundable. We will only refund return postage if goods are faulty. We recommend that you obtain a free Certificate of Posting at the post office as we cannot accept responsibility for lost goods in transit.
