Shipping & Returns

Our website cannot give a full refund for non-quality problems such as: The product does not look like the ones in your picture. The product is not what I'd imagine it to be. Product was damaged. Is not the same size and description. In 7 days (from the date products were received), if the above reasons, we will refund or replace the product! You can choose!

We only accept exchanges for new and never used items with all accessories and packaging. Please send back the goods within 7 days of receipt. All rate of return packages must be insured, exchanges will be sent out within 5-7 days after the return has been received. Buyers are always responsible for the shipping costs.

All returned and exchanged items must be returned within 7 calendar days. Returns and exchanges will only occur for Quality Issues & delay-Shipment (eligible products).Besides, if your item has been worn, damaged, or its tag has been removed, we reserve the right to refuse any request for the return or exchange; if an item we receive from you is in bad condition or its tag is removed, we reserve the right to refuse any request for the return or exchange. Of course we can send your damaged item back to you on the condition that you're go to pay for the shipping costs.

If you wish to cancel the order to refund, please contact us immediately. Cancelled orders that haven't been shipped will be refunded with a deduction of a 10% of the order(s) total price as cancellation fee, which is charged to cover administrative costs and transaction fees involved in the cancellation of order(s).
