On The Day Co-ordination

A co-ordinator from N.K.W. will be with you on the day of your wedding for as long as you would like her to be. She will arrive early to check on suppliers arrival at the venue and to see that all is going as planned. She will oversee the staging of your venue and make sure all is set out as you require. Your co-ordinator can help you and your attendants with your preparations on the morning and assist where necessary leaving your family and friends to relax. Your co-ordinator will ensure that drinks and food are served on time and announcements and special moments remembered. All this will happen very discreetly. Everything that you had planned to make your day special will be co-ordinated on the day.

If On the Day Co-ordination is commissioned as a lone service, N.K.W.  will liaise with you in the lead up to the wedding day.  This will help in familiarising ourselves with the style of your wedding and to ensure your full requirements for the day are met.

Fees

On the day co-ordination service - starts at £285.00

This fee will depend on day of wedding, and travel involved.  The number of guests will determine whether one or two co-ordinators are present. Please contact N.K.W. for a quotation.
